Nice quiet restaurant with good food, service, and friendly staff.

Went here for breakfast. Food was average. Nothing special here. No signature plate's. Portions were small and overpriced will not be returning for breakfast again. I'm going to return at least one time to try dinner. And will review one one more time.

We stopped in on Sunday late morning. We have never been there before. Ordered the breakfast buffet and had to wait at least 10 minutes for our silverware. Needless to say our breakfast was cold. Friendly staff but definately didn't put in the extra effort. Food was average.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Firstly, we ordered take out, picked it up only to realize they had microwaved the styrofoam and melted it into the food. UNACCEPTABLE. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. They made it abundantly clear they didn’t care about the quality of food, much less the job itself. Just couldn’t be bothered with a phone order, snobby comments etc. We also paid extra for an item they advertise on the menu. When we realized it wasn’t included with the food, we asked why and were met with hostility because “we don’t carry that, I don’t care what the menu says”. Unless you want to be sick from the styrofoam melted into your food or ridiculously rude/unprofessional staff, don’t eat here. Absolutely asinine.

They are still in my opinion the best sandwich shop in town (j dubs whatever subs doesn't even come close) . Fries were delicious and that homemade garlic cheese bread is addictive

What an unexpected restaurant and a great breakfast. They even make their own bread. I must stop if you're very hungry.

Found on the internet. 1st visit and definitely NOT the last. Service was great and the French toast was amazing. Easy to get to right off the expressway, oh and good prices.

Delicious food, and friendly service!! I pass though this area frequently for work, and finally was able to stop. It did not disappoint! The fresh baked bread was so light, fluffy, and the right amount of crunch that doesn't destroy the top of your mouth.

Have had their grinders many times and they are awesome. Always lots of toppings, sauce & cheese. Hard to find a good grinder but Red Tomato never disappoints. Service has always been friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Fantastic home made bread. Great meatballs. There was a tiny mistake with our order that the waitress spotted before it made it to the table. She came out and gave us options, asked what we wanted done and handled it perfectly. Then after we got our food the cook came and apologized and made sure we were happy, which we absolutely were. The food is great, the staff seems like pure class, I cant recommend the red tomato enough.

Olive burger and French fries were great. Nachos deluxe didn't have much meat and was over heated more chips than anything

Runny eggs over medium, blan hash browns, great homemade toast. All in all 3 stars. Would I come back and give them a second chance? For sure.

Food was awful the place was dirty and was being ran by 2 young girls that looked maybe 15 tops. That place needs major help. The owners must not care about their place of business or their customers. Haven't been that disappointed with a meal in a long time. The stomach cramps and diarrhea afterwards could have been the end of me. Do Not Eat At The Red Tomato! Other than that it was very private. No one else was there....

Great little place. I had one of the day's lunch specials - nachos - and they were excellent. My friend had the burrito special, also excellent. Friendly service throughout the meal. I won't hesitate to eat there again.

Stopped here on our way to lake Michigan for a quick bite. Nice little restaurant, good food for a good price. Wish i had gotten there in time for the breakfast menu =) which ends at noon on Sundays.

It was first time there, the pizza was great!! Liked the small town restaurant atmosphere.

Nice and simple dinner of salad and pizza. The server was very attentive and the food looked and tastes great.

Very over priced. Teeny tiny portion sizes (like, super tiny) The servers were NOT friendly or informative even after telling her we were new in town and had never been there before. Considering this is one of the few breakfast places in town I would NOT reccomend making the trip here. Not worth it.

This was a first time visit, and i was not disappointed. I got the french toast, and It was like eating a yummy Dolly Madison Cake. I drooled, and i really didn't need the syrup. The toast was soft and fresh. The waitress was so nice and friendly. I will be back, and i would suggest people to try it at least once. Tell them Big A DeBoer sent you.

You ever had a sub that tastes like they used the right EVERYTHING? SO good that EVERY bite, you took three bites? I mean a complete mouth full! Italian sub, add lettuce & bacon. (Minus mushrooms😁)...now that's SLAPPIN !!!

Great food, friendly service and good deals. The fries were perfectly crisp, but not burnt. The sandwich was big and quite tasty. I left satisfied and it didn't break the bank to enjoy a good meal out. There was only one thing that I did not like: the TV. Call me old fashion, but I really hate seeing TV's in family restaurants. It distracts from the conversations that could be had over a delicious meal.

Smiling faces with an eating crowd seemingly locals, in a small place with an ample parking lot. Food was served quickly. Ordered a spinach, mushroom omelette that was thinner than the same in a IHOP but I like a smaller place too. Nice paintings and pictures on the walls that kept me looking around. Wife tasted a half-portion of a white creamy beef on bread, which she enjoyed. Very nice friendly place with very quick service!! On the way out, saw the baked breads and purchased one. Haven't sliced into it yet, but will update when I do!
